Real Desert Honey.
Made in Alice Springs by bees that have it tougher than you.
Thick, strong, and bloody good.

Not Your Supermarket Swill.
Alice Springs isn't farm country. It's hard, dry, and unforgiving. The bees out here have to work twice as hard for half the nectar.
That southern blended muck you buy in squeeze bottles? That's barely honey. It's watered down, heated up syrup.
Our bees work the Desert Bloodwood and River Red Gum trees that cling to dry riverbeds. The honey they make is concentrated rocket fuel. It's got actual flavour, not just 'sweet'.
"You can taste the struggle in the honey. It’s thick, bold, and unapologetic. Just like the Territory."
The No B.S. Process
Big companies merge cheap imported rubbish and heat the life out of it. We don't touch it.
We Don't Cook It.
Heating honey kills the good stuff. Big factories do it to make it pour faster. We're in no rush. Raw, cold, and real.
We Leave The Good Bits.
We filter out the bees and the big bits of wax. That's it. The pollen remains. If you want crystal-clear syrup, buy corn syrup.
Actual Local Honey.
We don't truck in cheap stuff from interstate and slap a local sticker on it. Everything in this jar came from right here in the Centre.
The Mob

We're a small crew in Alice. We chase the blooms, get stung, and pack the jars. No board of directors, no marketing department, just honest honey from the bush.
Named after W.D. Kekwick, because he knew how to survive out here. We do things the hard way because it's the right way.
